For anyone planning to make my beautiful, healthier sugar cookies for Christmas, please note that I have clarified the amount of flour in the recipe for both cutouts and for anyone using a cookie press. I originally listed 2 cups of flour but I was using a cookie press at the time and a cookie press uses a slightly softer dough. But a softer dough is harder to roll. For cutouts, you will need 2 1/4 cups of flour and I just noted that in the recipe. My thanks to Ethan for bringing this to my attention and my apologies to anyone who had trouble rolling the dough.
